| Priority Pass benefits | by Kyle Olsen, Points & Miles Reporter | | | If you're a frequent traveler and don't have Priority Pass access, you're missing out.
Priority Pass is a comprehensive lounge network with 1,300 eligible locations spread across more than 600 airports in more than 150 countries and can be accessed with a direct membership — or if you hold the right credit card.
In the United States alone, Priority Pass is accepted at over 40 airports, some of which feature multiple lounges.
Additionally, if you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve, you can access Priority Pass' partnerships with airport restaurants, minisuites and more. This allows members to enjoy exclusive benefits at locations that either lack traditional lounges or provide an alternative dining experience.
It is worth noting that American Express-issued Priority Pass memberships no longer include the restaurant benefit since 2019, and Capital One followed suit at the beginning of 2023. However, Priority Pass memberships affiliated with Chase and U.S. Bank credit cards remain unaffected.
Currently, there are over 30 participating airport restaurants within the United States, with even more available internationally for Priority Pass members to enjoy.
Before a flight, accessing a Priority Pass lounge can be an ideal way to pass the time. Here's more information:
