Top stories of the week by Cameron Sperance, Senior Hotels Reporter Happy Sunday, TPG readers! It was another wild week of travel news. If you missed anything, have no fear. I'm here to recap the week's biggest news tidbits in travel. Budget carrier Allegiant Air announced 10 new routes across 14 different airports, with the big winners being Los Angeles and Knoxville, Tennessee. Southwest Airlines also joined in the new-route frenzy, adding seasonal service between Memphis and Las Vegas and between Nashville and Richmond, Virginia. TPG checked out the new American Express Centurion Lounge in Atlanta, and we laid out some of the most exciting changes to come with Delta Air Lines' cobranded American Express cards. Rounding out the latest in air travel, Dulles International Airport became the first airport to offer Global Entry interviews to travelers departing the U.S. on international flights. On the hotel front, we checked out the new Conrad Orlando and learned that Marriott's CEO expects the company's MGM Resorts partnership will be fully underway by mid-March.
