I'm not upset, though; it means we're closer to the warmer months and more time in the sun. It also means it's a good time to act on cards with elevated sign-up offers and welcome bonuses. This is especially true because lots of the big offers we've seen to start the year are coming to an end soon.
Many will be happy to see there's the ability to earn up to 300,000 miles with the Capital One Venture X Business. You'll earn 150,000 miles after you spend $20,000 on purchases in the first three months and earn an additional 150,000 miles once you spend $100,000 in six months, but act fast — this offer ends March 11.
If you're not in the market for a business card, you can still earn 75,000 miles after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first three months of account opening with the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card. You'll enjoy perks like credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck, plus access to some stunning Capital One Lounges.
If you love hotels like me, you could do what I did and take advantage of a best-ever offer of five free night awards (valued at up to 50,000 points each; certain hotels have resort fees) after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening on the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless® Credit Card. (I used my certificates for a last-minute trip to Paris for New Year's Eve to ring in 2023 at Sacre Coeur. I also got engaged then, so those are certificates I'll never forget!).
